Processing time varies from item to item. Typically, items are ready to ship in two weeks or less.
International shipping is available. Please contact us prior to purchase for shipping rates.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Clover + Birch is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Ok, but what about returns?!
We gladly accept returns, please contact Clover + Birch within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Custom or personalized orders can not be returned or exchanged.
Something broke! Oh no! That's a bummer! A broken item doesn't happen often with normal use, but given the variations in different cuts of wood, it is possible. Send us a message, we'll work together to make it right.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
How do I care for all these awesome new toys?
We recommend wiping the pieces down with a vinegar and water mix or mild soap as needed.
If you don't have time to mix up your own solution, don’t worry, we've got you covered. You can find our custom vinegar and essential oil cleaning blend in the shop.
If your toys are showing their love, a quick rub down with coconut oil or beeswax cream will have them looking like new.
Clover + Birch will only use your shipping and billing address and contact information:
